Sunday is all about moving, exploring, recovering and enjoying the festival — with no competitive events on the programme.
Barefoot Movement Class
Meet at the registration tent in the camping field. Led by movement specialist Joe Kelly, @thebarefootathlete, the class explores fitness as an interaction between mind, body and the natural environment.
Joe specialises in naturally restoring foot strength, balance and full-body synergy, often using the natural world as a tool for strength. He is also featured in Adharanand Finn’s The Way of the Runner.
Guided 10K Run
Meet at the registration tent for a gentle, non-competitive coastal run led by elite fell runner and nature enthusiast Ceri Rees, @wildrunninguk. All abilities are welcome.
Ceri qualified for England Masters in this year’s British Trail Running Championships, is a six-time Grizzly winner and a four-time Kielder Marathon winner, and is passionate about the natural world, poetry and good coffee.
Sauna
Steamworks Sauna at Hope Cove House, Inner Hope, is open from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday and can be booked directly with Steamworks Sauna.
BOOK SAUNAGait Analysis
One-to-one gait analysis is taking place on Sunday in 25-minute slots. Places are first come, first served and payable on the day.
